CORONAVIRUS STATEMENT

COVID-19 STATEMENT – 6 January 2021

As a result of the announcement made by the government on the 4 January which returned England to a full lockdown, the Credit Union will be adjusting its office opening times and controlling the number of members allowed into the office at any one time, in order to protect both its members and staff.

With immediate effect, if you need to visit our office, our revised opening hours will be:

10.00am – 1.00pm, Tuesday & Friday

We will be limiting access to the branch to ONE person (or family group) at a time and will be processing ONLY essential cash transactions on a face-to-face basis.

All other transactions should be completed by bank transfer.

For members with loan accounts, please note that if you are unable to make your loan repayment via bank transfer, you may visit our office on Tuesdays or Fridays between 10am and 1pm to make your repayment in cash.

Please note that it is important for you to keep up with your loan repayments during the lockdown period to avoid going into arrears.

If you need any advice re your current loan account, please call us on the numbers shown below.

We are still accepting loan applications, and these can be made by first telephoning the office as per the numbers and hours shown below.

If you need to process a transaction and are struggling to get to the branch during our revised opening times, please contact us on the numbers shown below.

The Credit Union’s operating hours will remain as per normal (10am to 3pm, Monday to Friday) with our staff working from home to support our members when not in the office.

You can contact us on:

01229 870110 between 10am and 1pm on Tuesdays and Fridays

and

07729 412327 during our normal operating hours.

Thank you for your patience during this very difficult time and above all else... STAY SAFE
